I would like to introduce myself and tell you a bit a about my Pilates journey. I am a registered exercise professional based in London where I teach and practise pilates.

I have always had a passion for physical training and fitness, participating in many forms of exercises over the years, including Gymnastics at a young age; Aerobics; HIIT; Yoga and Pilates.

Initially I took up Pilates due to a persistent knee injury caused by years of high-impact training. The effects Pilates has had on my general health and well-being has been great and it has been part of my life style ever since I started.

I trained as as Pilates teacher with BCP and qualified to teach Mat-work Pilates; Reformer machine Pilates as well as Pregnancy Pilates.

It has been a real joy teaching Pilates for over 10 years and I currently work with a wide range of clients with different levels of fitness, teaching small group classes. And for clients requiring 1:1private sessions I create a tailored program of exercises to meet clients needs. My approach to teaching is safe and challenging with a focus on achieving the desired results. I strive to inspire, support and encourage my clients to achieve their full fitness potential.
