Join me for Pilates classes live! All you need is some space at home for your mat, a cushion and a towel. During these live hour long classes I will demonstrate and guide you through the exercises. They are small interactive group classes and very effective as I will have a clear micro vision through my Zoom lens enabling me to give verbal cues and corrections where needed.
