There are many benefits to be gained from doing Pilates exercises. Practising Pilates will enable you to experience the joys of improved movement and body awareness. In my classes you will learn that Pilates is more than just stretching and breathing. It’s a total body conditioning system where exercises are performed with control and precision of movement enabling you to build core strength; mobilise and strengthen your joints; increase flexibility; improve coordination; alignment and balance.

I incorporate a series of relaxing and challenging exercises in my classes with the aim of moving the spine through all planes of movement. Regular Pilates sessions will help you to strengthen and streamline your whole body for a happier healthier re-energised you!
