Pre-Natal Pilates

These sessions are tailored to meet the needs of your changing body throughout your pregnancy. Reduce back pain, improve posture and alignment, coordination, balance and maintain pelvic floor health. You can join these sessions from 12 weeks.

Post-Natal Pilates

These sessions will help with your postpartum recovery. It’s a safe way to exercise and get back in to shape after the birth of your baby. Regain your core strength and pelvic stability, reduce any diastasis recti gap. You can join these sessions 6 weeks after giving birth with the permission to exercise from your medical adviser.
